"I have been a regular 10-15 orders a year customer of iHerb for over 5 years. I'm done with them over my last order issue! See attached photo of what my box looked like when I opened it up. That yellow powder is Turmeric. If you have ever gotten Turmeric on your hands or kitchen surface, it stains BADLY and is hard to get off.... I submitted a request to return 2 of the 3 unusable items in the box, with photo's - DENIED! Just WOW... I submitted a complaint on PayPal as I paid thru them....after doing this I got a 2nd email where they said I could return them as follows: (copied and pasted from their email) "Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products and refund the product cost. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost to return the items. The cost of the 2 items was $24.07, shipping would be roughly $12...this is SO WRONG...If a customer receives a broken/damaged item, it is up to the retailer to rectify the situation... Great way to lose a long time customer who actually referred 3 or 4 friends who have also ordered from them...I will be going elsewhere for all my supplements, food, etc. I also notice and find it quite interesting, says a lot about the integrity or lack there of from iHerb that they don't acknowledge nor respond to any of the bad reviews on here...they simply 'DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS'.!!"
"The bottle safety seal was open when the product arrived. Didn’t take return. Now I’m stuck with a product that I’m not sure of safe to consume."
"I purchased 3 bottles of an eye support supplement. It arrived minus Eyebright 100mg which is what the photos on their website showed was included in the line-up of ingredients being replaced with Grapeseed oil extract. I want to speak with someone about this but there is no phone number to contact them. Their bot online customer chat service cannot comput my grievance tapped in so there is no recourse except returning them all or getting the additional Eyebright and taking it with the supplement. Either way I will not use them again, ever! I'm very disappointed. The delivery was fast and it was packed well. But I need access to humans in customer service for anything I purchase anywhere."
"Never received. Poor support. Refund request rejected."
"Sent me 11 jars of peanut butter in a cardboard box with ZERO protection (no bubble/foam/any protection). The result was that one (or more) of the bottles leaked and everything was covered with peanut butter oil. (It also created a small mess infinity my home!) I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one!! LOW QUALITY. TERRIBLE. AVOID."
