"We’ve used Harvard Business Services as a registered agent for several companies in Delaware—more than four over the years. Unfortunately, our recent experience was very disappointing. After receiving a renewal notice for one of our companies, we promptly paid the fee and, during the process, updated our contact and billing information. However, nowhere during this process were we clearly informed that the information entered was only for payment purposes and would not update our company profile or communication details. As a result, all renewal notices and important communications continued going to an outdated email address and physical office we no longer use. We only found out after the company lost its good standing and now face a fee of around $525 to correct the issue through their services. The lack of clear instructions and poor communication was extremely frustrating, especially considering our long history using their services. The website also makes it difficult to tell whether your company profile is actually up to date. This experience has made us seriously reconsider continuing with Harvard Business Services."
"I signed on with Harvard Business Service many years ago. I was a little concerned at first if they were a legit company because of having the name Harvard, but they are legit and good. I used them for both mail forwarding and as a registered agent. I live overseas and my mail has always arrived in a reasonable time frame. The handful of times I called or emailed them over the years I was always greeted with prompt and friendly service. Actually , it surprises me how quickly they respond. I have never had any problems. Customer service could not be improved upon."
