"Very bad experience at Bruce Springsteen concert this evening. The rain started heavily and I tried to find cover for 10 minutes until it stopped and the vendors would not let you close to their tents. Especially at IQOS point- they literally pushed me away saying is only for the VIP. I went outside the venue and after the rain stopped they said I cannot go back in. I had to argue to come back. A totally dissapointing experience."

"I have attended concert of Depeche Mode in Prague on Thursday 22nd February 2024 in O2 Arena as 2nd concert in DM tour Memento Mori. We have purchased VIP tickets for multiple reasons. One of them was great experience with VIP entry in Budapest (July 2023, DM-Memento Mori tour). Czech version of VIP was a nightmare. If I could give 0 or minus star review I would. Organizer in Prague gave the feeling of squeezing money from people, and not providing services as they should. They have to learn a lot!! Ticket was double the price compare to Budapest. I flew over from USA for this concert . Very briefly some examples: VIP in Prague 500€pp- included some useless gifts (all with Memento Mori logo -cosmetic bag, sleep mask, candle, keychain for neck) included some appetizers- not a good taste, low quality, only 2 tokens for drinks…. We had to wait in a line with others from other group not as VIP! We were guided to go upstairs what supposed to be place for VIPs- place without restrooms!!?!?! To restrooms going downstairs where all the crowds was!!! All this on place overlooking bus stop!! 10 min before DM performance we went to dressing room where our jackets were stored. We wanted to let additional sweaters there and returned once concert was over. Lady informed us that dressing room will be closing and we have to take all of our jackets, bags with us.. we had to head downstairs where all the rest visitors were, with our jackets being put on chair!!! During concert security was sending dancing people back to chairs which never happened to me and to other friends of mine from FOS!!! But this could be for safety reason. IF YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN CONCERT IN PRAGUE O2ARENA and BUDAPEST, don’t be silly and choose BUDAPEST!! You get much more, better quality, better service!!! For comparison for Czech organizers to learn from, what did we get in VIP in Budapest Puskac arena, 250€ pp- real feeling that I am important person. No waiting in line, separate lounge from others. We have entered separate VIP entry, without waiting, dressing rooms available during whole time. Guided upstairs to a separate lounge area with appetizers-gorgeous taste, UNLIMITED drinks, while enjoying meal and drinks we could watch the stage, we could head out on large balcony-terrace with drinks or meals and enjoy the stage preparations or music, and also seats where directly under balcony!! Oh not forget also restrooms were directly there🤔. So VIP visitors didn’t have to move anywhere!!! Yes I didn’t receive any useless gifts but anyway the most important gift was DM there…."

"If I could give -10, that is the score you truly deserve. We came to concert of Sting in Pardubice - what a poo show. They oversold, people were standing next to each other, a very rude security was pushing people, not allowing them to go to the back of the hall. Toilets were dirty, water wasn’t running. We were trying to leave on 5th minute of the show and the entrance workers didn’t want to let us out. My boyfriend had to ask them, whether they need a police here to actually allow us out. I suppose, in the heads of people the possibility to leave the concert which you paid for is something out of a different universe. When we finally made steps from the place, a worker lady said: go back to Vietnam to my boyfriend. She seemed like not the sharpest pencil in the cup, but then opened her mouth and all the doubts were gone. Worst concert ever, which we kinda didn’t even see. Worst organisation and workers with no class. If that is the workforce they choose to get, when they will literally get the salary from the pockets of people attending, what can your really say about the owners and organisers. Scams, nothing more. My one star goes to an incredible star lady who sold us a glass of beer and coke, the nicest one, ready to go extra mile to actually get you what you ask for - thank you, dearest lady!"

"Unfortunately, as a concert lover, I have to say that I cannot recommend LIVE NATION in any way. My recent experience with the company was extremely disappointing. The reserved seats for the concert were simply not available, which was not communicated either before or during the event. LIVE NATION's customer service was unhelpful and not solution-oriented. Despite several attempts, no adequate compensation could be found. This experience severely impacted my confidence in the company."
