"We engaged I Mark Infotech for SEO services. After reviewing the campaign, we identified numerous backlinks and articles placed across unrelated blog networks, profile pages, bookmarking platforms, and third-party sites that did not align with our brand or industry. On May 28, 2025, we formally terminated the engagement and requested removal of all content and backlinks placed under our campaign. This request was made in writing and included a detailed list of URLs. We requested confirmation within 3 business days. As of our latest follow-up (January 17, 2026), many of these placements remain live, and we have not received proper confirmation of removal. When a client formally terminates services and requests removal of content tied to their brand, that request should be acknowledged and actioned promptly. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise businesses to: Require full transparency on link placement strategy Review all published backlinks carefully Ensure clear contractual terms regarding content ownership and removal Our experience has been disappointing."
