Been open 20 years and they have changed my seo so much in the last 6 months that my exposure is so bad my NP’ are dropping. Customer service is terrible. I have called and left messages many times with no call back. The material they use is clearly created by someone that has no idea about Chiropractic. "PROCEED WITH CAUTION USING THIS COMPANY!!! We are a small and privately owned veterinary clinic that was looking for some help with marketing. Needing to increase our online presence and gain new clients we decided on a plan where all these things were promised. However after a year with this company we seen no results. Social media posts were generic and nobody paid any attention to them . Most of our online "leads" were already existing clients or another business soliciting. We never moved up the list when you googled our business either . With all this being said we did not want to renew our "contract" and have our website restored as it was before. Without any warning to us they completely took over our website and shut it down! Left us in a compromising position and scrambling! They are very happy to take your payments but overall the service provided was non beneficial. Also once your website is launched with them it's as if customer service gets tossed out the window."
