"Really this is difficult to estimate: their direct client physical contact is good and behind them almost nothing is processes and if processed then very slowly... The phone line cannot tell you when on particular days their branch is open. They are able to renew a contract vor a year after a request of cancellation. They find difficult to read what is happenong in their own admin database. The finance is detached from the tasks of the phone service and their number is secret. In clonclusion this looks like good people that haven't been able to take control of too-fast a startup growthtrain's gear and find cool to have addresses in Belgium before they have actually settled technically what they started. Their hours extention should be their priority, their IT should allow more feature namely in their own admin functionalities, this is where they will grow or evaporate."
