"This a perfect stylish modern place for business talks and to chill a little bit. When I am here I feel like I am somewhere in Europe. The staff is easygoing, attentive, kind and fun to talk to. If you live somewhere in Naukova and don’t want to experience the uproar of Victoria Gardens you can come and sit there, they have outdoor tables and you can spend some time there even in quarantine!"

"My impression of this establishment is bad because of the parking system!!! I drove into the territory, spent some time, and when I left I realized that I could not pay for parking when leaving the facility. The security guard I approached started shouting and saying that you can pay for parking only at the establishment, I had to go back, pay and then leave. This is a very stupid system of paying for parking, despite the fact that the price of parking is expensive!"

"I totally loved it to work from here. Upstairs there is a place to sit and work for those who aren't members of the co-working or guests of the any restaurant. Very comfortable! The bar-restaurant downstairs was great! Loved my sushi and tea."

"Is it an ok place to work from? Yes, if nothing else is available. For the price this place sets, I'd expect something more than a coffee machine and stocked-up bathrooms. I am not planning to come back here ever or recommend this hub to anyone. Pros: The place is clean and cozy Parking is available (although very slippery) Musk is the most adorable cat in the world! Cons: It is impossible to find out open hours for the reception. I had to wait for 30 mins at the entrance until someone from the reception appeared to arrange a 1-day pass for me. You advertise your space as a 24/7 business, but it isn't exactly true for those who don't have a pass already. You also don't offer a quick turnaround on social media and don't answer your phones, so the 24/7 mark here would be false. It would be nice to learn about a free test day in the lounge zone at the reception before you pay for the day ;) The receptionist never explains that all hub residents come out to the lounge zone to smoke smelly e-cigarettes. I don't mind the noise and enjoy working on the couch, but I had to leave the area twice during the day because my workday was interrupted by a disgusting stuffed smokey air that was impossible to breathe. I made myself an Americano and added rice milk to it. After taking a sip, I realized the milk was so sour that it must have been in that fridge forever. It takes a while for plant milk to go bad; thus, no one really checks the dates on products in that fridge. There are notes about recycling in the kitchen, but I only noticed one lonely trashbin. I may have missed the sorting station, but since no one explained the recycling bit to me during the hub tour, I assume no one cares about recycling there, and the pictures on the walls are for a pretty facade only (talk about greenwashing). "Skype rooms" are a joke. There is no sound isolation whatsoever, so you hear every single word spoken in a nearby room, and I'm sure anyone interested could participate in my Zoom meeting from the hallway. What's the point of meeting rooms when you don't even attempt to make them soundproof."
