"While searching for a way to boost my website's ranking in Google search results, I came across the company intermediaCONNECT. After a very promising phone call with a polite and competent employee, I signed up for a 3-month subscription at €299, which ends automatically. The objective, as stated in the order confirmation, was to appear on page 1 of Google in positions 1-7. After several weeks, when no results were visible at all (not just on page 1, but anywhere up to 13 pages of search results), I contacted the company by email. I received a pre-written reply stating that the problem was supposedly due to my browser settings, that Google wasn't showing me the results because of my user relevance, and that the whole process simply took some time to take effect. Following this, I tried searching again over the next few weeks using various browsers, different devices (including third-party ones), and from different locations. In total, I searched for the agreed-upon keywords at least 300 times. My website NEVER appeared in search results. Not at all, not even on page 1. After repeated, urgent requests that the agreed-upon services were not being provided, there was initially no response for three weeks, and then I received the same pre-written reply as with my first inquiry. I certainly cannot recommend this company. Whether this constitutes fraud, or whether there are clauses in the fine print that allow the company to get out of it, is something a lawyer would have to determine."
