"We got in touch with Interwijs BV through our former neighbors. After a thorough explanation and an attractive quote, we decided to do business with them. In hindsight, we shouldn't have. Problem after problem, the webshop was constantly down... and then you called them, and you received another invoice for a few hundred euros... while the Interwijs BV server/software itself was NOT working properly... Ultimately, after spending a few thousand euros, we decided to leave them... Years later, I've never had any problems with the new webshop company again. The webshop has not been offline once, and I've never received any error messages... how is that possible? In hindsight, it still feels like a scam. I wouldn't be surprised if they deliberately take most customers' webshops/websites offline or cause an outage, only to then come to the rescue and send an invoice for a few hundred euros to their loyal, hardworking, and honest customers. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere. Forewarned is forearmed. P.S. Never received an apology or compensation from the owner, which says enough."
