"The company demanded payment in full before starting work on creating an online store, but then failed to deliver. They also tried to trick the company into having the work performed on their paid server, so they could then periodically charge for work they didn't perform. The communication was great until the full amount was transferred (not an advance payment; they asked for the full amount upfront). They worked for a few days, and then communication stopped for 11 MONTHS! I have neither the store nor the money. The case was forwarded to the police and prosecutor's office. Unfortunately, according to Polish law, to be convicted, the perpetrator must have intended to commit a "prohibited act" before committing it. Unfortunately, in this case, the "prohibited act" occurred during the process, which means the perpetrator was not convicted. I do not recommend this company; it's a waste of time and money."
