"Interim home healthcare of Orlando has been a blessing and wonderful experience. My father became ill and was unable to independently care for himself. I was able to take a two month leave of absence from work to care for him. However, I had to get back to work. That’s where interim stepped in the sign-up process was simple and easy. Andrea and caregiver Niki came out to the house and explained the entire process to us. My father and his wife felt very comfortable with everything. We were able to start services within 48 hours. Caregiver comes and stays with him from 8 to 530 and I come back in the evenings and go back to work in the morning. They provide a variety of services, including helping him up and down, in and out of bed, dressing him, bathing him as needed, changing his depends, preparing meals, cleaning services and laundry just to name a few. They’re also able to take him to appointments as needed if I’m not available, which is very convenient. The Caregivers we have had kind and compassionate. There are a variety of options if we have to increase the level of care, i.e. go to 24 hour down the road. They also have respite care if I need to get away for a day or two or a week long weekend they can come in and stay. We are extremely happy with the services provided thus far.
