"The tower was not so big, and the main entrance was facing the seashore where the weather would affect the tenants and the visitors. People mainly came from the main road and the subway station. The mall was leased to a few shops and restaurants. There were many medical centres on the office levels. The view was very impressive. Maintenance was good."

"I think that this building offers the only route to reach Noon Day Gun at Causeway Bay. Since the road near Noon Day Gun is under construction now (November 2017), the only way to Noon Day Gun is the underground parking lot of this building. Anyway, the view from Sino Plaza Building is pretty decent, too."
