"Dear surfers in search of service, before you start a dialogue with this service, I recommend that you look at all the reviews, and especially pay attention to the responses to negative reviews. And now my experience: I had to replace the connector on the motherboard and the cable from the unit to the laptop. I called, politely received the necessary information, (the approximate price for the repair, I googled the details myself) I was satisfied with the proposed price for the work (as they told me on the phone) Then upon arrival, the master began to look for the problem (with a multimeter) and said that only the cable was needed, I showed him that there was also a problem with the connector in the laptop, we agreed. Then the master began to look for spare parts, without showing me the prices, and play copying with the woman who is responsible for everything. In fact, they named the prices 30% more expensive, okay, I understand that I have deadlines and in fact they made concessions, with a quick repair, and I pay for the spare parts, I have the laptop until they arrive. They named +\- the repair prices and also showed what needed to be cleaned, although initially the agreement was only for replacement (I left an advance for the price of spare parts). After 2 days they called that I could carry the laptop, the spare parts arrived. I started to clarify the prices again (because from the moment of the first communication and on the same day when I brought it for diagnostics the prices had already increased a little) and I was told again the prices were higher than they were. For example (the first time they called cleaning 1200, after 2 days it became 1500) and the replacement also became more expensive!!! I was indignant, they didn't like it and accused me of lying, amazing approach to the client)). Then I decided that I wouldn't do the cleaning, only the replacement, so they told me that we wouldn't repair without cleaning and told me to bring a receipt to return the money. It's a pity for the time spent. Sorry for such a detailed review. I hope this service will be more customer-oriented. Looking at the responses of *profit* to the reviews, I will be accused of *lying* again. Not everything is bad, they went to the meeting, with a quick repair and not to leave the laptop in them, that's what they bribed me with, because it was a service not far from me. This is not a review for the work (maybe they repair well), this is a review for not receiving the services"
