"Not a serious company. They make the artwork for Bucket List. Irma AB got the right file with High definition on time for publishing but due to a mistake they published the wrong file. They assumed total responsibility and promised to publish in the next number. The new edition has gone to print but they did not keep their promise. Now they don't even reply. The graphic designer wrote: "We have now had an internal meeting. First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience, and we take full responsibility for the mistake that has been made. It comes solely down to the human error, the file as you say have not been updated, and the mistake is mine." The problem is that the managing director did not want to assume the consequences and pay for the new publishing of the advertising."
