"Unfortunately, this is very unprofessional. We strongly advise against using enorMedia/Die-Verteilerei. We commissioned EnorMedia to distribute 15,000 flyers. Since we live within the distribution area, as do all our friends and acquaintances, it wasn't difficult for us to check the distribution. However, neither we nor a single one of the more than 30 people we spoke to received a flyer. After we complained to EnorMedia, we were told that the distribution hadn't been completed within the promised timeframe, even though we had been told two days earlier that it was finished. It seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. As part of our complaint, EnorMedia asked us to send them all the addresses we knew of that hadn't received a flyer, so they could verify this. Their own "verifiers" found that most of these addresses belonged to people who had opted out of receiving advertising. Since we verified ourselves that these were not people who had opted out of receiving advertising, we are certain that we were being blatantly lied to. When we confronted EnorMedia about this, they told us it was their word against ours and that with a 90% distribution rate, not every household would receive a flyer. However, it's still strange that out of 30 households living in densely populated parts of the city, not a single one received a flyer. The telephone service seemed highly incompetent and often dismissed calls by claiming it wasn't within the individual employee's area of expertise. However, it was impossible to transfer us to a more competent employee. Ultimately, we regret not having heeded the negative reviews of EnorMedia and can only advise everyone against using them."
