When my employer wanted to celebrate the arrival of nine new administrative interns, we partnered with Patty and the Ironmark team to design new fleece jackets. Patty worked her magic on a short delivery deadline and along with Ironmark's courier partner, we received our order in time for our welcome event. The fleeces were a big hit with the new interns. "Poor resolution to my issue. Zero concern. The website that was presented to me via my work email for University of MD Health systems does not exist based on following the link in the original email which I saved for future reference. I bought and paid for a shirt with my company name embroidered on it, waited 3+ mos for it, received an email that it was delivered, but it was not delivered, When I responded to the USPS email provided to my personal email address stating that it was in fact not delivered, I received an email response from Kim Krauss (they/them) that its delivery was linked to an older Shopify address where I haven’t lived for 4 yrs. It was further stated from they/them that I should have verified my delivery address during the ordering process. I thought I did so. I followed with an email response that “ I guess I’m just out my money, and no product either….i won’t purchase from you again”. There has been no response since."

"well, I'm sorry to say, after many attempts to resolve my issue, I've finally decided it was time to refute the charges on my credit card. Several items ordered on 12/26. With exception of my cc being charged, I received nothing more from Ironmark. When customer service did respond to me, they seemed to brush me off, stating that what i ordered was print job which takes longer than normal. When I followed up after that, they admitted that the order was "missed". A bit longer and I received a delivery from Ironmark, much to my excitement, until I opened it to find it was not what I ordered, but was meant for someone else within the franchise system I work within. Ironmark asked if I would be kind enough to send the items to the right people and in return I was expecting them to do the same. Well - none of the order still has been received and now Ironmark doesn't even reply. I'm done waiting and ordering anything through them. Never once did they offer any discount or anything for the errors they made and I even had to take their error to the UPS store so someone else could get what they ordered. RIDICULOUS! Horrible customer service."
