"I hired this company as the digitalization agent for the Digital Kit Program, trusting in their professionalism and that they would manage the project seriously and responsibly. After an initial online meeting, everything seemed to be in order; however, since then the project has completely stalled. The only communication I've received has been through automated messages, with no clear answers or personalized attention. They claim that I haven't filled out internal forms where the client is supposed to choose the platform, design, structure, and other technical aspects. In other words, the client has to design and manage their own project, which completely contradicts the purpose of hiring a digitalization agent: precisely to delegate these tasks to a qualified professional. I've insisted that I don't have the time or technical knowledge to take on that role (which is logical for any company looking to outsource this type of service). Even so, the response has been evasive, arrogant, and unhelpful. Now that the deadline for changing agents has passed, they suggest I "terminate the contract"—knowing full well that this is no longer possible—and, furthermore, they imply that they are working "for free," when in reality they receive a public subsidy from the Digital Kit Program precisely to provide this service professionally and comprehensively. I have already informed them that if they do not offer a real and immediate solution, I will take the appropriate measures and formally escalate the case to Red.es and the Consumer Protection authorities; however, it seems they don't care and have no intention of maintaining any communication, limiting themselves to asking me to follow their guidelines and complete their automated forms so they can generate a standardized template with their internal programs, thus avoiding doing any real development and customization work from scratch. In short, I believe this company has acted with a lack of transparency, professionalism, and commitment, violating the spirit of the program and leaving the client unattended after signing the initial agreement. I would not recommend their services to any company seeking genuine digitalization or a serious and responsible approach."
