"On December 18, 2025, I was involved in an accident when my 2023 Peugeot Metropolis 400 motorcycle was rear-ended by another vehicle. The accident occurred in the Maltepe district of Istanbul. I contacted your authorized service center, Garaj Forum, through your website. They sent a roadside assistance vehicle to take my vehicle to the authorized service center. Up to this point, everything proceeded normally. A file was opened for my vehicle at the authorized service center, and they requested 12,000 TL, including 2,000 TL for towing fees. When I inquired about the reason for this, they stated that it was a service and parking fee because they didn't know how long the motorcycle would remain there, and that this fee would be deducted from the repair cost. Subsequently, the insurance company determined 100% fault in the accident to the other party. The insurance adjuster also declared the vehicle a total loss due to 290,000 TL worth of damages. Later, when the salvage company went to pick up the motorcycle from the service center, Garaj Forum demanded an additional 12,000 TL for parking fees. When I reacted to this issue and stated that I would exercise my legal rights against them, they only reluctantly provided me with a certificate stating that there were no outstanding debts, and we were finally able to retrieve our motorcycle from their authorized service center. We were shocked to see the invoice for the amount we paid when we first took the motorcycle there, and upon investigation, we discovered they had charged us 10,000 TL for the insurance adjuster. Based on my previous accident experiences and when I consulted my lawyer, they confirmed that such a fee was not included. I will sue your authorized service center, but I wanted to share this with you first. As the Turkish representative of a brand like Peugeot, I believe this matter falls under your jurisdiction. I will pursue all my legal rights regarding this issue. I will also share this matter on social media and Google reviews. I kindly request that you review the matter and respond to me. Best regards."
"This is an absolute fiasco, a complete failure. You can't do business with them, neither their own company nor the distributors they've given away. I've never seen such a disgrace. I've had the chance to buy motorcycles from them six times, tried almost every brand, but I knew I wouldn't deal with this group even before receiving the motorcycle. They said they'd process the payment instantly and deliver it the same day, but nothing happened. It's been three days and they're still blaming each other. The branch blames the distributor, then the distributor blames the branch. Nobody knows who's doing what. We don't even know if there's a motorcycle in sight. They sent two photos saying it was being prepared, but we have no documents or paperwork. There's no communication; everyone's just passing the buck. We don't know who to talk to anymore. I will never go near them again. We're being humiliated with our own money. They don't offer any solutions or give any timeframe. It's a disgrace…"
"If you do not want to be a victim of the brands sold by this company, stay away. I bought a Brixton Cromwell 250 CC engine. All maintenance is done at the Antalya Motor Service. In September, the engine went to the service due to a charging fault. A regulator fault was detected. They informed me that the part was ordered and that they would install it and deliver the engine. Everything is normal so far. Today it has been about 35 days and the engine is still waiting at the service for a very simple part. This time I contacted Isotlar. They contacted me 2-3 days later and said they would have the part in December and deliver it. In other words, the engine has to wait at the service for about 2 months for a simple part. You should definitely stay away. As soon as this engine comes out, my first order of business will be to get rid of it. If you do not want to be a victim, stay away😡"
"They said there was a two-year warranty, but they were of no help to my vehicle in the two years it took to repair any damage. Don't believe any promises from Isotlar or Mobilup. With the exception of one authorized service center, all of them only charged me more and even with regular maintenance, they never did the job properly. No matter how nice the car is, I've been unhappy with any experience I've had with MobilUp or Isotlar in the two-plus years since I bought it. Don't buy a car unless you have a reputable mechanic who can find spare parts and who you can trust to do the maintenance properly. They'll make you regret it."
