"I came to Dr. Bełżecka with a strange, inflamed mole – the decision was made immediately: we'd have it removed. The doctor was very friendly and competent. She thoroughly explained the scope of the procedure, the procedure, the expected results, and any potential side effects and consequences. The procedure itself was completely painless. I also received post-treatment recommendations. She is professional and empathetic, treats patients kindly, and creates a friendly, trusting atmosphere, which was incredibly important to me because I was afraid the lesion would turn out to be serious. Fortunately, the histopathology test revealed no signs of harm. I highly recommend her ☺️"

"The appointment was canceled the day before without any contact or explanation. Furthermore, there was no answer as to why the appointment was canceled. Only after submitting this review and sending another message did it become clear that they had the wrong phone number in their system, different from the one I provided when making the appointment. Instead of explaining this, "Family Clinic" tried to convince me that I had canceled the appointment, even though I hadn't received any text messages requesting confirmation because they had been sent to the wrong number! This is the first time I've encountered such extreme incompetence!"
