"I thought about trusting this training institute when I was looking for an AI course related to accounting. I wish I'd never done it before: they're good at explaining what they want, but then at the beginning of the course, the worst disorganization I've ever seen. First, they make you "choose" the day and time, then the instructor skips classes at the last minute, and after the third missed appointment, disappears. Next, they impose a different time... and then, at the last minute, after several complaints, they return to the time originally chosen. I even had to act as their secretary to tell the other participants that they would take care of the complaints and let us know as soon as possible after I called the office (I never received a response, even after repeated reminders; I only learned the class time an hour before the start of the class). Fortunately, the new instructor seems more knowledgeable than the previous one and focused on AFC topics. At least he has a method and sends us teaching materials, unlike the first one, who was more "off the cuff." When I posted this negative review, I received a phone call apologizing and an offer of free enrollment in another course of my choosing, which I would never have received otherwise, along with a request to delete the review. I thought about it and decided not to delete the review, but to edit it to reflect what actually happened, because it's right that other potential participants know they might encounter problems. If we all deleted reviews on demand, just because they're offering us something free, the opinions wouldn't be real, but distorted. Maybe it just happened to me, I was just very unlucky... I don't know. Maybe you should try it yourself! In the end, we're holding the course at the time and day we requested. But let me tell you, there's a lot of disorganization and they're unresponsive in providing feedback, at least that's what I've seen. You'll be able to change your mind if you try it, I hope!"

"After an initial difficulty scheduling dates and reconciling the course schedule with my professional commitments, I contacted the Institute to resolve the issue. Although the initial management of the timing was not optimal, I must credit the company for demonstrating great professionalism and customer service during the resolution process. Following my complaint, the Volta Institute was open to dialogue and refunded the registration fee, confirming the standards of fairness expected from a certified organization. I greatly appreciate the company's ability to acknowledge the mix-up and accommodate the user's needs. The issue was resolved successfully."
