"Booked two rooms in early September. One of the rooms was not cleaned after previous occupants left. Nobody at reception, nobody anewered the phone. Had to spend first night on the sofa on dkrty sheets. Managed to get hold of them the following day, they promised to send cleaners. They kept their promise to send them, but sadly they cleaned the clean room again instead of the correct room. After multiple phone calls, they finally sent somebody to clean the correct room the day after. Hopeless customer care. Be aware that in case of issues after 6pm you are on your own with no support. No compensation was offered, after weeks of phoning we were refunded for 2 nights for one room. They were extremely reluctant to refund. Pity as location is great, roons are spacious and well furnished. Close to both train station and city center. Need to improve customer care drastically."

"CRITICAL WARNING: UNINHABITABLE CONDITIONS. We have been stuck here without running water for over 20 hours(There's no water in the whole hotel). It is impossible to shower, wash hands, or flush the toilet. This is a severe health hazard. Despite the room being completely uninhabitable, the management (Joivy) explicitly REFUSED a refund request from Booking.com. There is no staff on-site to assist, you are left completely alone with the problem. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is non-existent, and the amenities (like the coffee machine) are filthy. Do not risk your money here. This is a scam."

"Great room! Like shown in the pictures. Clean, spacious and quiet place, near the town center - about 7-8 minutes on foot to the Piazza dei Signori. The staff was really helpful - they answered every question immediately and sufficiently. We travelled with our child and we are very satisfied. Certainly we will come back to Treviso and stay in MyPlace!"

"A spacious apartment located in the central area of the city and 5 minutes from Treviso Centrale. Across the street is a very good pizza place. I would suggest a minor renovation, as signs of wear and tear are quite noticeable."

"My Place Treviso was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, neither was ensuite but both fully functional, one bathroom slightly bigger than the other. Kitchen and living space were quite large and the position of these apartments is wonderful, many shops around, restaurants across the street and only 300 metres from station. The staff were very accommodating answering any questions quickly and also providing another set of keys when requested. The building is very secure and Treviso is a fabulous town and I would recommend the apartment."
