"Terrible experience, zero service received from the company. The worst part is the exponential cost increases, because with each "renewal" they end up giving you a higher price than originally agreed upon, taking advantage of the good faith of the customer who thinks they're renewing something already in place. Reputable companies are measured by customer satisfaction; here, reading the reviews, I only see positive comments from employees. Probably pressured into positive comments by their superiors."

"SCAMMERS!!! My experience with Italiaonline was terrible, and I absolutely do not recommend it. We had an annual contract that automatically renews unless canceled 40 days in advance. After a phone call with a rude operator, I was contacted by another operator who told me, in a peremptory tone, that the contract had already renewed and that it was no longer possible to cancel. Meanwhile, the cost had increased by 67%, without any clear communication or transparency. The worst thing is that I was first told I had no choice and that the renewal was already active, then a recording was sent showing that I "accepted" the new conditions. This is an approach I consider unfair and completely unprofessional. Personally, I would not recommend Italiaonline to anyone: lack of transparency, aggressive communication, and a truly unpleasant operating system."

The services didn't meet my expectations, and my contract was increased without even notifying us. Unfortunately, they only recorded the portion of the call they were interested in. THEY ARE SCAMMERS."
