"I bought a thermos, ordered delivery by courier, picked it up, came home, looked at it with a flashlight and saw that the glass bulb was cracked inside, contacted the store, they said to send it to the service, a few days after they received it, there was no feedback, I dialed it myself, they said I had to wait 2 weeks, a week passed, they called, offered either a new deadline or a refund, I chose a refund, but since the payment was in cash, they told me that I had to go to the store with a check. I arrived on Sunday, because no one had told me before that the refund was made through the service, not the cash register, and it turns out that the service does not work on Sundays, and they cannot return my money. This is the first time I have seen such a complete refund procedure and the store's attitude towards customers, now I have to wait until Monday for the service to call me and resolve the issue of a refund."

It is impossible to return the money paid, all that can be expected is a short call for 48 seconds, the goods are not there, in three hours you will receive the money back, that's all that can be achieved in a week of waiting! But when handing over the PC's motherboard for warranty repair, I would like a more positive and correct attitude towards myself. I understand that warranty repair does not bring any money, but in order for buyers to come to you in the future, something needs to be done with service! 1. Condescending attitude of the receptionists when receiving goods from the buyer for repair 2. Questions like, why doesn't the motherboard work... How do I know???? It doesn't work, that's why I brought it! 3. The repair itself went ok, they failed within the specified time, but it would have been possible to at least blow out the motherboard with a blower.
