The service was excellent from start to finish—well-organized, attentive, and professional in every aspect. A special mention to Mr. Puran Bhandari, who is a genuinely kind and dedicated person. His guidance, personal involvement, and support made the entire event smooth and even more special. Overall, Naryana Sanctuary exceeded all our expectations and turned our wedding into a magical, stress-free, and truly memorable celebration."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The overall experience was far below expectations. First of all, the cleanliness was very poor. The washroom had a bad smell throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable to use. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance were not being done. The staff was also uncooperative and unhelpful. Instead of assisting guests, they seemed uninterested in resolving issues. Basic customer service was completely lacking. Additionally, there was no proper drinking water facility provided. When we were forced to purchase bottled water from the hotel, they charged more than the MRP. On top of that, they added service charges and GST to the water bottle, which is unacceptable. Charging above MRP and adding extra fees on packaged water is highly unfair. MRP on bottle is 18 they have taken more than 40. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, staff behavior, and pricing policies."

"We had a wonderful stay at Narayana Sanctuary Resort by Salvus in the Tapovan area, Rishikesh. The property is located right on the main road, which makes it very easy to access, and it has ample space for free private parking, enough for multiple cars. The staff is extremely professional, polite, and very helpful. Service is quick and smooth, and they make sure guests are comfortable at all times. The rooms are beautifully designed with very nice interiors. They are well-equipped with a hair dryer, a big TV, and good-quality toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. One of the best things about the resort is its lush greenery. There are lots of trees, a big garden area, SPA Service, Trampoline, swings and a swimming pool, which gives the place a calm and relaxing vibe. The food was also very good, both in taste and quality. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay in Tapovan if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and a peaceful environment. Highly recommended!"

"My experience was quite mixed. I contacted the property directly, and Aman assisted me with the booking. He recommended the pool-view suite, priced at ₹12,000 with breakfast and dinner included. However, upon arrival, I was quite disappointed. The room wasn’t clean and overall maintenance were below expectations. Honestly, it didn’t feel worth even ₹5,000. Thankfully, after I raised my concerns, they upgraded me to a cottage, which was comparatively better. Overall, I would rate my stay as average. The property feels overpriced for the amenities and facilities provided, and definitely the cleanliness needs improvement. Additionally, ongoing construction at the site was another drawback. Pros: Food was good Ample parking space Convenient and easily reachable location Cons: Overpriced compared to the amenities, rooms, and facilities offered Cleanliness not up to the mark Ongoing construction at the property No indoor play area for kids"

"I used their family cottage but the overall experience was not so good. Seepage issue was in rooms, seepage smell was in the rooms, Stains on the bedding, a smell in the air seems that rooms hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. When it was highlighted to reception,temporary solution was given using an air diffuser. We were told before the booking that swimming pool is fully operational however this was full of dust and mud...from the day we checked in till we checkout. Resturant can be slightly better. I was told at the time of booking that all meals will be buffet basis but only breakfast is buffet basic, rest all you needs to order and if you have booked all inclusive then you have limited choices. Fortunately, we were blessed and asked by the Resturant person that we can order based on our choice 😄 but also confirmed that they have limited items for all inclusive packages. Location is good but not managed properly. Being a local Rishikesh person i receive queries from friends,colleagues ,relatives about stay during their visit to Rishikesh. This property definitely not be in my recommendations ever."
