"I paid $1,800 for their service at the start of 2025 and advised them that I was waiting for regulatory approvals before I could start the business. In July they without permission took another $1,800 out of my account without approval. I had to chase them to get these funds refunded. They advised they would provide a credit on the original $1,800 as the business had still not commenced and so there was no work on their part to lodge a tax return. My business will finally commence in January 2026 and I still have not had the credit resolved and 2 days prior to Christmas they advised they were going to take $300 from my account so I immediately emailed back that they did not have my authority to do so and I was still waiting on the credit from them. Today I received notification from them that they did take $300 from my account on Christmas Day. I cannot believe a company can be so unethical and now have to follow this matter up with my bank, Sleek and whoever I can lodge a complaint against their actions!"
