"While the content and skills developed are insightful and useful, the structure and management of the programme are subpar. Employee wellness is not considered, and management are unapproachable. The environment is stifling and feels like a "first world sweat shop". Be prepared to work a 10-12 hour day at least 4 days a week - this will become usual practice (however you will be required to only log 7.5 hours). I would recommend to those who are indifferent about exploitation and sacrificing personal relationships and health. Should you wish to return to junior primary, this would be a great fit. One is expected to account for every minute of one's day; every piece of work completed will be reviewed, checked and commented on at all times; and all work will be assigned by others. Free-thinking, along with lunchbreaks, are not encouraged - for the most part it is a rare privilege. I would not recommend to those who require that their employer trust, value and empower them. Please note: This review applies to my experience within the Paid Media Operations department. In response to the comment below: I most certainly would not opt to work here and am much happier having made the decision to leave due to all the reasons above."
