"I knocked on my door with a problem related to theme/plugin updates, and they promised to fix it in an hour. In short, the issue with the quantity scales was already known. Then they made me spend hours (7 hours!) updating all the products with the quantity scales again, which later turned out to be unnecessary. Then I had to discover for myself that the problem hadn't been resolved, and then I had to chase it up myself because you couldn't solve it. I came up with the solution myself, which you implemented within 5 minutes. And for that, I paid a total of 2.5 hours at €100. That's like my customer saying they had a problem sealing boxes, and I told them to get this €100 tape. The customer paid, and it turned out to not work. The customer came up with a tape that did work, and then I said, "Oh, that's great, I'll charge €150 for that." Ridiculous, right?"
