"Jungle Gym B.V are the parent company trading in the Uk online as jungle gym.co.uk. We have been very disappointed in their sales so far. Following a climbing frame which was delivered after our order in May, the incorrect slide size was delivered and no swing frame attachment kit. (I will not go into the fact that delivery was on the incorrect day and no health and safety measures were taken for the poor delivery man). Several weeks later, we received the new slide and the swing frame attachment kit. However the slide is twisted and appears old and faded. Jungle Gym say, despite many photos, that the slide is twisted but will straighten out with time and the fading on the slide is simply colour variation. They have agreed to allow the slide to be returned but only if we pay transport costs. They have now ceased responding to repeated emails. Now we have no functioning slide, despite the whopping price we paid for the set. We are very frustrated with them - they have 1.5 stars on trustpilot but on their website they say they have 9/10 on google reviews. I had to hunt down where these google reviews where - here they are pertaining to their transactions in another country. I do hope people can post their reviews so that other prospective buyers can make an informed decision."

"difficult… tedious communication processes 🤔 had to ask 5 times to change wrong email address long time no update about production process then suddenly delivery announcement 😳 found out „by accident” that delivery was bound for wrong address - had to talk to 4 different people plus logistics to make sure delivery goes to the right address delivery had several damaged items - one piece was missing entirely again long time no response from customer service… and that for 3+k€!! never again!! seriously cannot recommend this desoriented bunch… 🤬"
