For a parcel weighing less than 1 kg within the city, I paid the same as for delivery from a village in the Vinnytsia region. It turned out that the operator misrepresented the actual dimensions of the parcel, but rather, significantly more. This led to a 30% price hike. Does Ukrposhta's super manager, Mr. Smelyansky, know about his employees doing this? And this at a time when they have to cut corners everywhere. I wish they would treat them the same way they treat their customers."

"I came to the post office at 18.02 to receive a parcel from Ali. It turned out that they changed their work schedule (in the SMS about receiving the parcel no one informed me that they changed the schedule) of course they told me we were closed. And now the question to the post office itself how to get a parcel to a person if you work from 8 to 18 from Monday to Saturday if the work schedule is even on Saturday until 19 and Sunday is a day off. But please note that you still have to get from work by transport which takes at least 40 minutes if there are no traffic jams."
