"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The facility was very old and run down and had a horrible smell that pervaded every corner of the space. The facilities in the room were very worn out and many of them didn't work properly or at all. The bed was terrible, and I even think that there may have been bed bugs in there. Ichikawa is also a very boring area that is far from central Tokyo and there are certain part of it that are very dangerous so I would avoid staying at this hotel or at anywhere else near this station at all costs."
"Accidentally booked the wrong date, the front desk staff (3/29 at11:30pm) gave me a really dumbfounded look when I asked to check in. Literally just stared at me without saying anything and I pulled up my booking. He then said "this is for April not march" with a smirk, then stated "we don't have any rooms tonight" and casually walked away without offering any help. I feel like any hotel should offer to call a taxi or something, and at the very least not be so obnoxious to a guest, even if they got the date wrong. The hotel looked extremely old and dirty as well, ripples in the carpet, marks everywhere on the walls, signs and door. If the service and upkeep is this bad, I highly recommend not staying at this hotel."
"The hotel is dated but clean. Superior twin room was spacious. Had extra shampoos and amenities that customers can choose on each floor. …Loved it 💝💝"
"I am not sure why it happened. When I first went to check-in with my family, and asked if they have a room for three, they denied. Then we searched online, it was showing available and within 30 minutes, we booked online and went back again, showed the online booking receipt and they gave us the keys. Quiet surprising !"
"The view was great. The accessibility from ichikawa station is very good. I took the twin bed room and it is clean but a little small compared to what im used too. I gave it three stars due to lack of ventilation. Apart from heater, there is no other ventilation, causing the room to be stuffy and too warm for my liking. There is no ceiling lights so the lighting its not very great for me to do my work on laptop. The location was near to a lot of 24 hour shops and a number of local restaurants so it is easy for me to find food and other necessities"
