"The snake we ordered arrived promptly, and our son loves it. The workmanship is also good. Unfortunately, I forgot to pay the bill on time (it got lost in the daily grind with two children). A friendly reminder was then immediately sent by a debt collection agency. And I find it a real shame that they don't send a payment reminder first. This behavior seems very strange to me and isn't nice. The fees, which range from around €24.50 to over €50, honestly shocked me. Of course, you shouldn't forget to pay on time, but unfortunately, that can happen. For this reason, payment reminders are available; I believe this is part of good service orientation."
