"Today, 12/22/25, I stood in line for 2 hours. The branch is open until 7:00 PM, but there is only one person working. I don’t know what the other employees were doing (sitting, walking), they didn’t let people in. The line started at the door. This one employee was processing applications for 1000 UAH, issuing this 1000 UAH, and then releasing the parcel. The lights were turned off and this person ran to start the generator again, turn on her light, and she’s looking for the parcels. The parcels are all bad, they’re scattered, it’s very hard to find them. Other customers left without receiving them because they couldn’t find them. It all dragged on very slowly. She went after the parcel, throwing one bunch, then another. And so, 20-30 minutes were spent searching for one person. At 19:02 it was my turn, but unfortunately, I was not given the parcel, since working hours had already ended. There was no humanity here. I begged very much to give it to me, because I had been standing there for so long. I spent money on travel and knew I would go tomorrow. A woman in the queue behind me also begged. Her little daughter is staying in kindergarten for the holiday without a dress (the dress was in the parcel) - she was not given anything. The operator responded to these requests with a different action, this worker called the police and some other security. In order to push us all out of the premises. She sat and waited for the police to arrive, instead of letting everyone go with the parcels and in a good mood. Dear management, close this branch, or provide employees!!!! How much can you mock the consumers of your services?! At the end of this performance, the whole queue swore that they would never send or order through Ukrposhta again. Most likely, they are right. I am in solidarity with them!!! I am adding to my review. 12/23/2025 I got to the branch in the morning. I was lucky. There were only 12 people in front of me. Some were standing more than one at a time and the queue moved quickly. Today, the issuance of the Winter 1000 UAH was canceled, pensioners were returning to the exit because there were so few people. But yesterday was repeated again, they could not find my parcel right away. They invited me to wait, or come another time. Later, when the light is on. It did not suit me, to go again for the third time and spend money on a minibus to both ends. Wasting my time, which I do not have. The thought of calling the police came to my mind, as the operator called me that time. When I asked her at 7:02 PM to deliver my parcel. Only this time, I would have been right. Not this employee, who during his working hours refuses to find my own parcel. 2 of their workers came to help me in the search. Because I refused to come to the cut later, it was clear that this situation was already embarrassing me. My parcel was not the size of a matchbox, but two large boxes. After waiting 15 minutes, a MIRACLE happened, they were found, standing almost on the edge. But it is not strange that they were not found at once. Everywhere is chaos and chaos. The operator apologized for the inconvenience, but the residue still remained. This is a mockery of customers and workers. How can you work in such conditions, when everything is blamed on one person?! Give people, or close the department and send these workers to another department to work. At least staff others. This way you can't enter the service market. Where is your administration? Where are they looking?! It was also strange to see a can of gasoline next to the parcels! It can ruin all the parcels, and it is also very flammable for those around you. This is a residential multi-story building!"

"What's going on at this branch? The line stretches outside, people stand for an hour and a half to pick up parcels, even with small children. They've also cut their opening hours, Sundays are now closed, and weekdays are open until 7 PM, even though the website says otherwise. One person works at one window, one sits there, the other stands there with their arms folded, doing nothing, then gets up, and people go looking for their parcels for about 15 minutes. They barely move. This is absolute trash!!! As far as I understand, the management of this branch is to blame; people can't handle it and change every time. I'll never set foot in this post office again!!!"
"They don't work on Sundays. Google doesn't mention this. Why don't the branch schedules match? When there are queues, it feels like people are being deliberately mocked. But tell me if the system is down, if there's an alarm, or if something else happened there... At least people will calculate the time, whether to wait or come at a different time or day. One charming woman works there, always polite and patient, but I haven't seen her for a long time. She's probably already quit, adequate people don't stay there, unfortunately."
