"My wife & I are currently renting a unit in this property for over a year now, and I have nothing but great experiences from everyone involved in the overall operational functions of the entire property! Upon reading most of the bad reviews, I don't think it's fair to give them such poor ratings considering they do such a wonderful job in their responses and services. I think it's just a matter of how inconsiderably high our expectations are. We tend to forget that these folks work so hard for so little pay! The only undesirable rating I would assign a Zero star to are for most of the inconsiderate tenants who cannot follow simple property instructions and lack, or do not have enough manners at all to hold the elevator knowing you are approaching to take it. They are also unappreciative after holding the elevator for them and even make you their personal elevator operator as you all traverse up or down. They do not say anything at all! No good day greetings! No hellos! Just a bunch of grumpy inconsiderate people in the elevator! A simple thank you would be nice! If we treat people kindly, we will be respected!"
"A great place to stay because it's in the center, malls where just walking distance&even the train station.the downside is that this is not a pet friendly place unlike other condominiums in the same area that's pet friendly."
