"MY REVIEW OF TEXAN BUICK GMC IN HUMBLE, TX OWNED BY THESE GUYS Easily the worst experience I've had with a dealer. I negotiated the deal on my truck, my trade in after they attempted to rip me off multiple times and got caught. Finally agreed. Finance calls and I sign paperwork on my new truck and we agreed when to take delivery. I never got a call so I showed up on the agreed delivery date which was today. I show up and the GM Lui Perez is nowhere to be found to finalize my deal. I don't even see my truck. Finally he comes out and says they're currently working a deal and will get back to me. Well that was a lie. He finally comes out to admit to me that they loanered the truck I purchased. You guys loaned out the only downpour metallic Denali ultimate 2500 on the lot? A 90k truck? Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right he just says the loaner department is not his department. I was flabbergasted. I've never been treated like this before. We just drove off. I didn't want the pay brand new on a truck that is now being driven as a loaner and I didn't just drive over an hour and half to have my truck loaned out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP"

"Your dealer on Bell Rd in Phoenix still practices the art of the bait and switch. Made me drive 80 miles for a car they knew was not the one I asked for but told me it was. They knew this so well that the sales manager would not even come out and talk to me. Couldn't get him to leave me alone the day before but the guy went mute during this issue. Not surprising given the rating this company has. Thank you for making my decision on which dealer to not buy cars from."

"Horrible! Both the corporate office and the dealership are unresponsive. I have tried for six months to get a refund on an extended warranty that was sold under the context that it could be returned. They say they will get back to me and never do. Ken Garff has been a terrible experience. They are only there for the initial sale."

"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Ken Garff Kia Bell Road. I purchased two contracts on 11/09/2023 for my 2020 Kia Optima: 1. AppearanceShield Paint Protection Contract ($795) – This was sold to me as a valid contract for a new vehicle, but under the provider’s own eligibility terms, coverage was already expired as of the sale date, voiding it from inception. 2. Maintenance Advantage 3 Services Synthetic Contract ($149.95) – This contract is cancellable under its terms. I’ve requested a refund, but no one has followed up. The total refund I am requesting is $944.95. The general manager, Carlos Aguirre, has been out on medical leave, and unfortunately, no one else has stepped in to resolve these issues. I’ve tried multiple times to follow up but keep getting ignored. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate through their corporate legal team, the BBB, and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection division. I expected better accountability and customer service from Ken Garff Kia."
