"WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Their incompetence is off the charts. They delivered the appliance, wrecked my cabinets trying to install it, left, and weren't even able to finish the job. They charged me without completing the installation (my mistake for paying in advance, but I didn't expect them to do such a shoddy job). They never came back. I spoke to them several times; they kept saying they would come, but they never did. They left my kitchen a mess, my cabinets wrecked, and the appliance uninstalled. If you don't want problems, buy from another store in Ávila. Local businesses get a bad reputation when they have people like this."
