"This is the 2nd time I have visited this showroom to purchase a Toyota car and unfortunately, my experience has been very bad. No one was willing to attend to customers. I waited for almost half an hour but no sales executive came to assist us. 1st time about 6 months ago I visited this showroom to inquire about the Toyota Hyryder. Due to the poor response from the sales team I ended up purchasing the car from another showroom. This time I visited again hoping the service had improved, but the experience was the same. I waited for half an hour once more, this time to inquire about the Toyota and still received no assistance. I visit this showroom only because it is close to my home, but it appears that the management is not interested in selling cars or providing proper customer service."

"It’s strange that Infinium toyoto only do cashless when policy is taken from showroom only, and even you process non cashless they take ages to reimburse your amount to personal account what they have received from insurance company, Mr. Maulik from Chiloda branch has no interest to solve customer query or help to resolve issue, rather checking his own database he always insist customer to share details so he can do his job, I strongly do not recommend infinium Toyota to anybody rather you can go with DJ toyoto they are helpful and process cashless and ready to assist for your query."
