"It starts off that the create a google merchandise shop for you (that the dont inform you of) so that you can not access it, any other way than through their service. Then you get spammed with emails offering their other services. I tried to reach out to their customer service to cancel my account for 2 weeks but just got standardized AI responses back. All I have to day is please stay far far away from this company. Its not worth the headache"
"After my initial negative experience with Kliken, I want to clarify that I eventually received a full refund for both my Google Ads and Kliken Ads campaigns. Although the process was slow, confusing, and stressful, the company’s COO personally intervened and ensured that the issue was resolved. I appreciate this effort. While my experience was not smooth, I acknowledge that I did get my money back in full, which I find fair. In the end, I am satisfied with the fact that Kliken acted responsibly. Despite the delays and initial stress, they handled the situation fairly and refunded my payments in full. "if there is less option then one star, i will go for it. if you want to waste your money, go for klikens. worst experience, i still have my budget with them and my campaign is running. but this will be my last experience with them. i never see such type of worst support, even support do not know how to manage the things. i am running a campaign of 650$, and my concern is to increase my appearance in google search. i talk to them, after wasting several days, Alex (support member) told me to increase the budget to increase your visibility in google search. i add 850$ more into my account. Now i got same daily spending, same impressions and same clicks which was on 650$ campaign. now when i complaint, they are asking we do not give guarantee for anything. i do not have any record of my 850$ whether it will be added to the account or not. don't go with them and save your money"
"A complete rip-off. Read the other one-star reviews: these are no anomaly. They don't even pretend to deliver the product they market. Their support team ranges from incompetent to non-existent. I scheduled a support call and no one called me. Not at the scheduled time or ever. I emailed the agent and it bounced as mailbox full. Later, I was told they "were unable" to reach me. I own a technology company and I found their "help" files not helpful, which seems to define the entire organization. As far as I can tell, the only skills they possess are a talent for taking your money and ignoring you immediately afterwards. Run!"

This lack of clarity laid the groundwork for the subsequent problems. One of the most significant issues arose when My Google accounts were repeatedly suspended. Despite providing the necessary documentation, I was unable to maintain active advertising accounts. This led to significant disruptions in their online marketing efforts. I attempts to resolve these issues were met with frustration due to Kliken's inconsistent and often unhelpful responses. The company's customer support was slow to respond, and their answers often seemed contradictory or irrelevant. The most concerning aspect of my experience was the company's refusal to grant me access to advertising account. Kliken claimed ownership of these accounts, leaving me powerless to address the ongoing issues.( Note: They registered the account with Google under my company name and took copies of the company’s official papers from me to officially register it with them.) Based on my experience, potential customers should be aware of the following red flags: Lack of transparency: The company's operating procedures and mechanisms may not be clearly explained. Account control issues: Customers may lose control over their advertising accounts, making it difficult to address problems. Poor customer support: The company's customer service may be unresponsive or unhelpful. Conclusion my experience with Kliken Advertising was a cautionary tale. The company's failure to provide adequate support, maintain account control, and communicate effectively led to significant frustration and financial loss.
