"Very bad experience with this company. I hired a branding service with a total cost of €1,452, of which I paid €724 upfront. After more than five months, the company failed to deliver professional or coherent branding, changed designers mid-process, and the final proposals were low-quality and did not represent my vision. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered no solutions and eventually stopped responding. There was no formal contract, they missed deadlines, and they abandoned the project without taking responsibility. I am filing complaints with consumer protection agencies in Spain, Sweden, and the European Union. I do not recommend this company. Thank you for your response. My intention is not to harm anyone, but simply to close a process that failed to progress coherently. Unfortunately, after my last emails requesting solutions and continuity, I received no response for a full month, leaving me unable to move forward. Furthermore, there were changes in the designer, extended pauses, and proposals that didn't align with the vision I shared from the beginning. The project didn't reach final deliverables or a usable result, so I've requested a partial refund based on the project's actual state. Clarification: The company has published a public link to internal files of my project without authorization. I've already asked Google to remove that link."
