It was the day before Thanksgiving and I’ve never known a doctor to not be busy. She was unhurried and even apologized for inputting data during my appointment. That’s a first! "This practice is TERRIBLE!!! I will NEVER come back! We actually had to come back to this practice because they failed to successfully cauterize the blood vessels in my son’s nostril, which continued to bleed after their initial treatment... So I called in and explained the situation and I was told to come in and they would take care of it (meaning it wouldn’t be a charge). So, before the procedure I was told I would have to pay for the treatment again… Then after having to be argumentative about paying for the same treatment that they failed at, the owner of the practice came up to me and said that they don’t give FREE treatment there (as if that’s what I was asking for). I had to reiterate to him what was done at his practice and what I was told… I clearly said, I wasn’t there looking for FREE treatment! I had to reiterate that I already paid for the treatment (that was a failure on their behalf) and was told to come in and they would take care of it… So after listening to his rubbish about how they can’t guarantee that their treatment would alleviate the symptom that my son was having. I simply acknowledged what he had to say, but I again explained to him that I was told that they would take care of it… So, after our exchange the owner of the practice said, they would only make me pay for half the treatment amount as if he was doing me a favor… That is absolutely absurd!!! But I didn’t want to escalate it any further so I ended up paying for this second treatment even though they clearly told me to come in and they would take care of it… So after paying for the second treatment prior to having the treatment done, this is where the lack of experience comes in at this location. They have nurse practitioners that are literally inexperienced! Klaudia how are you considered a nurse practitioner when you don’t know how to simply apply a piece of cloth beneath the nose while applying numbing medication into the nostril… You literally let the numbing solution run down my son’s face, allowing the medication to go all over his lips and into his mouth… Klaudia had no coordination whatsoever when applying medication using a simple long Q-tip when cauterizing inside the nostril. Deena (a retired nurse practitioner which came out of retirement, as she mentioned to me) was guiding Klaudia/overseeing her treatment which Deena was giving Klaudia direction on how to apply numbing medication inside the nostril and swabbing the area where the cauterization is being done, which goes to show Klaudia had no experience whatsoever… and Deena over looking her treatment as if it’s her first day. I seriously almost snapped when I was watching how Klaudia was trying to cauterize my son’s nostril... I’m seriously thinking I’ll need to go to another ENT after this second treatment… Also Klaudia had no clue what the antibiotic that they prescribed my son was for… nor explain how to use it… Klaudia literally took 15-20mins to print up the directions regarding the antibiotic, and just gave it to us to read over it. Why would these nurse practitioners prescribe an antibiotic with no signs of an infection whatsoever!? I seriously could’ve done a better job with not having any sort of medical background and had a better outcome. There’s a saying… Do it right the first time! Shortly after our departure my son was experiencing a lot of burning sensation and clear fluids leaking in his nostril that they just treated. So instead of going back I called their location and asked to speak with Klaudia (the so called nurse practitioner) and emphasized to her what my son was experiencing. Klaudia said, have him take two Tylenols. Seriously!?! her response almost made me laugh… Again, I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS Practice EVER!!!"
