"My overall experience with Kol was outstanding. They build our webshop for an incredibly competitive price. And everything they promised, was delivered. Including difficult payment gateways for chinese payment systems etc. Beyond that, smaller changes were made to the site months later, free of additional charge. And I could always ask when I had a question regarding the backend etc. So overall I would highly recommend their services. The only small downside was that it took me some time to get into the Magento backend and to find out how it works. They did answer my questions and explained how things work. But I feel there should have been a one on one tutorial session, in which I could've asked questions. I felt I was left alone a little bit when it came to finding out details within the interface. But everything worked as expected and I did get everything done what I needed. So all good. Would def recommend them!"
