"I stayed here on rent for about a year. There were a few issues in the apartment, including water leakage and occasional cockroach problems. At that time, nearby construction caused quite a bit of dust. The amenities are good — tennis court, swimming pool, and other facilities are well maintained. There’s also a market within the society, which is very convenient for daily needs. However, the badminton court setup wasn’t ideal. There’s only one court for the entire society, it’s usually occupied, and the ventilation isn’t great. The basement parking also has water leakage in some areas. Despite a few drawbacks, overall it was a good stay."

Noise & Dust Nightmare: The area is plagued by relentless construction noise from 6 AM until 10 PM daily, making peace impossible. Combined with constant dust infiltrating the apartment, it’s unbearable for those needing quiet or clean living conditions. Security Concerns: Safety is a major issue. Shockingly, there was a « murder » within the complex during my stay, and the lack of robust security measures since then has left residents feeling vulnerable. Poor Construction Quality: The apartment itself is poorly built. Bathroom fixtures and windows are cheap and basic—proof that “not everything that shines is gold.” Plumbing is a recurring headache, with frequent blockages requiring professional fixes. Many units already show damp patches on walls, alarming for a supposedly new building. Overpriced, Expired Goods: For your daily needs there is an on-site supermarket preys on convenience, selling expired or near-expired products at inflated prices. Registration Delays (Buyers Take Note!): If purchasing, be warned—legal registration of the property could drag on for months due to unresolved issues. Conduct thorough due diligence to avoid financial/legal pitfalls. Beware of Misleading Reviews: Many glowing reviews here are likely posted by landlords aiming to rent/sell units quickly. Do not be fooled. In short, this complex prioritizes aesthetics over livability and safety. Please consider these red flags carefully—your wallet and well-being will thank you. Look elsewhere!Save yourself the stress and keep looking!!"

"Living in this Prestige Finsbury Park Hyde has been extremely disappointing and stressful. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the building. We constantly hear noise from both the apartment above and below us. The couple living on the top floor fights almost every day — their shouting is clearly audible, and they even throw objects late at night, sometimes around midnight. Sleeping peacefully is nearly impossible. Even basic sounds like water flow,flushing, and bathroom usage from the upper apartment are clearly heard inside our home, which shows how poor the construction quality is. From the apartment below, residents play loud religious audio at midnight causing further disturbance and nuisance. Overall, the quality of construction is very poor. Prestige seems to focus only on exterior appearance and marketing to attract customers, while ignoring the actual living experience. The beauty is only on the outside. We invested our hard-earned money hoping for a dream home, but instead feel completely fooled. This has been a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone who values peace, sleep, and quality living. Im writing this review at 1.55am. Bcouz of noise unable to sleep."

"I recently visited the newly opened flats close to the airport with my uncle, who has just bought a flat there. I was impressed by the modern design and high-quality finishes of the flats. The layout is spacious and well-lit, creating a very comfortable living environment.The location is excellent, especially for frequent travelers, as it offers quick and easy access to the airport. Despite the proximity, the flats are well-insulated, so noise from the airport is minimal. It’s clear that the management has put a lot of thought into making these flats a great place to live.There are already some residents who have moved in, and it seems like a friendly and welcoming community is starting to form. The building also offers great amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and secure parking.One area that could use improvement is the road leading to the building. The road condition is not the best and could definitely benefit from some upgrades to make access smoother and more convenient."

"It’s an amazing project of Prestige, very well located in the outskirts of the city, the society is very spacious and windy. It feels great to spend time in the evenings. All the amenities are very well built and maintained. I loved this society."
