"Low density leasehold condo of about 200+ units with good management. There are a total of 21 floors on each of the 2 blocks, with 8 units on a standard floor. Each block is served by a total of 3 lifts (2 residents lift and 1 service lift). However, I think it's time for the management to give the entire 2 blocks a fresh coat of good quality exterior paint. One major concern is the design of the residents car park for both going up and down. It is very narrow has a low-ceiling and there are lots of marks on the walls due to this narrow issue. The car park area should also be lit more brightly. Since this narrow issue is a design flaw, suggest not to drive a big car if you intend to stay here. Also since there are 2 temples nearby, noise can be an issue as religious music and prayers are played out loudly over loudspeakers especially for units facing them"
