"BEAUTIFUL!!! This hotel is like waking up in a dream of luxury !! The towels smell AMAZING and the room, I have no words its so beautiful, I didn’t want to leave. My favorite part; the bed (better than sleeping on a cloud) and the breakfast- the coffee they make feeds my soul and i cant help but do a happy dance and the food selection is so large but so delicious! The staff all round the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. I loved every second of being there."

"My stay at the Tivoli Hotel in São Paulo was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and friendly. While there is a bit of a language barrier since not many team members speak English fluently, they still go out of their way to assist, making the experience smooth and welcoming. One of the standout features of the hotel is the pool area. It has a great ambiance, relaxing décor, and well curated poolside music that really sets the scene perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The food at Tivoli is absolutely exceptional. The standout experience is dining at Seen the restaurant located on the 23rd floor. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of São Paulo some of the most impressive views I’ve ever seen and combines them with high quality cuisine that elevates the entire experience. I got to witness helicopters landing on the top roof of the hotel while having breakfast. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, providing a luxurious retreat within the bustling city. Interestingly, several TV series and shows have been filmed here, which adds a unique charm and sense of recognition when walking through the hotel’s stylish interiors. Another great perk: the hotel is pet friendly. Tivoli Hotel is truly the place to be in São Paulo stylish, welcoming, and unforgettable. Highly recommended."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Tivoli Hotel. I had an unforgettable experience thanks to the kindness of the hotel staff. I had a problem with the my equipment I brought, but the hotel staff and maintenance helped me resolve the issue. I asked them to help many times but they were happy to help me. Finally, my equipment worked well. I apologize for not returning the equipment soon. I returned it on the last day when check-out. . I recommend this hotel to anyone with good service."
