"Unfortunately, I can only give one star! I worked in production and I find what I found there quite sad! The employees are so at odds with each other, it's really awful! To be perfectly honest, the shift supervisors abuse their position! For example, there's someone who clearly hates people 🤣 It's truly brutal, and the way they treat employees is terrible – stupid comments in response to questions, as well as rude and contemptuous remarks! The standard response: "That's not my job..." Then let's talk about some of the wannabe recruiters who really take liberties! Stupid comments are commonplace, as are lies just to make themselves look good! Ego trip to the extreme!!! Helpful information is kept to oneself and not shared! The onboarding process is disastrous! Really crucial knowledge isn't passed on to you, or even if you ask, you don't get an answer! Or if you do, it's often the wrong one! And of course, you can't forget that new colleagues are constantly gossiped about and talked down – it's really tough! Then there are some wannabe recruiters who really take liberties with the situation! I would advise everyone to think three times before participating! According to the staff, so many people have already left for exactly these reasons! It's truly a different world; everyone wants to be the boss, but when something happens, no one wants to take responsibility!"
