"Our review is based on our experience with this company. In our opinion, the services provided did not meet our expectations, either in terms of quality or quantity. Several errors were only corrected after repeated notifications and with considerable delay. These included a simple typo on the homepage. After the changes were made, we found the website navigation confusing, illogical, and partially incorrect. Furthermore, content and graphics were published that had neither been coordinated with us nor approved by us beforehand, even though they had a direct impact on our website. "STAY AWAY from this "AGENCY"!! They want over €15,000 from me for DOING NOTHING!! I made the mistake of booking this "agency" and terminated the contract without notice after one month because the promised "service" never materialized. The contract is for six months at €2,500 net + 19% VAT, which is €2,975 per month, or €15,000 net + 19% VAT. During an initial "free consultation," they promise you all sorts of things, especially high five-figure revenues, and they sugarcoat everything: shop optimization, marketing strategies, blah blah blah. But if you fall for it, you always have to pay, even if your revenue is €0 (zero euros), like it was for me with ATACA Fashion. Don't be lured in with any fancy promises!! They only had good people in the area of ​​baiting; everything else was terrible! I paid €2,970 for the first month but had zero sales. After five weeks, the shop still wasn't finished. Of the 56 items, only 34 were available, and some were duplicates. An advertisement was created with incorrect text. When I needed support for Shopify (which was absolutely essential for me as a layperson), it was either late or nonexistent. I often felt abandoned, and almost €3,000 a month is far too much for that! The payment processing via Shopify was also set up incorrectly with the wrong PayPal email address, and one customer abandoned their business. Since I cancelled after one month, NO services were provided from that point on. They are STILL demanding money for the remaining 5 months of the contract, and not a small amount – over €15,000 plus interest, lawyers, etc. – for doing NOTHING. They've hired lawyers and the matter is going to court! This is not how marketing should work. They promised sales, and now we're facing lawyers and court cases! For me, this "agency" is the absolute worst and a total rip-off. If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble, find a reputable company!"
