"I get thoughtful when I see all these nice reviews and wonder how this company could get them while my experience was a pure nightmare. I'm not going to question the results of a service with a budget of over 200 thousand, because there will probably be an excuse for why it didn't work. Instead, I want to give my feedback on how the collaboration worked. About 1 year ago, we signed a 1-year contract. The invoices started coming in and we paid, but no start-up of the service took place. After raising it with the company, a start-up came. Long periods between feedbacks, many excuses and the result took a very long time and was really bad. A lot of pressure from our side and many months later, it still wasn't clear. We decided not to continue and canceled the service well in advance before the automatic extension. Then we got feedback and the site was ready just when the contract expired and the last invoice was due to be paid. Dissatisfied as we were, we let it be and were happy that this collaboration was finally over. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. The following month a new invoice arrived and we disputed it. No feedback. The following month another invoice arrived. We disputed it again and asked for confirmation of termination. Most recently, the reminder came for an unpaid invoice which was also disputed. Unfortunately, no feedback this time either."
