I also payed to have a logo designed- I can't use it on my forms - It was been 2 years since I heard from this company to check how things are doing. I signed to their new product Sofie AI can't even signed into the website to use it - Took then 2 weeks after I signed for the product before they even sent me an email with a unusable link.
