"Worse experience. HR conducted a telephone discussion with me and told me that I am a perfect fit for this position and if you join the interview today, that would be perfect. I asked them to make it for tomorrow so I can visit the office. The next day when I visited the office they provided a comprehensive assessment. I did the assessment within 35 minutes and they checked it. After that I met with HOD Sales there. He asked what is my sales process and once I explained him the process, he said we already have a people who are working one step ahead of you why we will hire you. I asked them why you asked me to visit your office when I am not a good fit as per your job role, your HR should discuss this earlier. The HOD told me, our HR has no knowledge regarding how we are working so we can assess ourself. An extremely unprofessional company, just to ask a person to visit there office without knowing candidate experience or without evaluating candidate CV."
