"I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated by Limitless. I had a collaboration for almost 1 year on SEO and almost 2 years on PPC. On the SEO side, only promises and that's it, nothing concrete. On the PPC side, in almost two years, we haven't grown at all. They always blamed prices, competition, etc. In August 2025, I gave them a 3-month ultimatum. If we don't have results in this period, we will give up on the collaboration. All good and beautiful, November came, where after 3 months the results were getting worse and worse and I emailed them that we were going to stop. After I did this, the people who took care of my account deleted all my product history from Google, I basically started from scratch with the other agency. I emailed them and they kept theirs (like Truda, that they didn't delete it, etc.) I opened a ticket with Google and they confirmed that the history on the product was deleted. This is what will happen to you, when you give up you will start from 0. Money invested in vain with Limitless. The account is yours, they have no right to delete anything from you, but that's what they do, that's how they know it works. My advice is to look for another agency and that's what I did. Better and better results. I don't recommend limitless and I wouldn't go back to them even if they were the only one in Romania. I hope I was useful to you with this post. See you soon!"
