"I had to follow up with them and asking where is my result after 3 weeks…they told me that due to holiday season, it is delayed. I have finally received my result (1 day after follow up) the result was dated 2 weeks before, so it means it was already ready 2 weeks ago. People pay a lot of money for them and they have to follow up with them………The service and the prices are not equal, for this service, prices are too high."

"Ági's (Dr. Mihály Bor's assistant) attitude leaves a lot to be desired. She is absolutely not nice, there is not a smile on her face, you don't get an answer to your questions if something is not clear, only very rarely. The Doctor is professional, but his prices are brutally high... there is a lot of incompetence, the prices are not always correct compared to what was agreed during the surgeries. I think that at this level the patient should already be "served", since we are talking about not small amounts of money."
